We're excited to announce the launch of the Catalyst Circle Pilot Program – our new six-month initiative bringing together community-focused organizations to build resilience through powerful storytelling and holistic organizational support. The program kicks off on May 22, 2025, with a select group of partners we've previously collaborated with on film projects.

This pilot program transforms our traditional filmmaking relationships into a collaborative hub where partners learn to leverage their existing films while developing broader organizational capacities. While storytelling forms the foundation, the program addresses multiple dimensions of organizational resilience – from leadership development to community building, from impact measurement to personal well-being.
Understanding the busy schedules of community organizations, we've designed the program with accessibility in mind. Partners will participate in monthly two-hour virtual sessions from May through October, with a final celebration and film screening at the Thriving Communities Gathering in November. This focused approach allows for meaningful engagement without overwhelming organizational resources.
Our inaugural group will explore multiple facets of organizational resilience, using storytelling as the connecting thread. Eden Trenor, Co-Leader of Thriving Communities, will lead the pilot program alongside a diverse team of experts, including community builders, wellness practitioners, impact specialists, and storytelling professionals. This multidisciplinary approach ensures participating organizations receive comprehensive support that nurtures both organizational systems and the people who power them.
